Can I continue??

I wrote this thing which I call myself a story (or novel if you like), written in my 10th grade. I scribbled like 48 chapters that were very funny (believe me- VERY FUNNY!). I still have them. Then after when I was in my 12th grade I started re-writing it, you know, like how a novel really is! The one that I did in 10th had the word 'said' like million times. It had such a low standard (I think this word is grammatically wrong, but hell with it- I ain't got time to think about that) language.

So, as I said(saying 'said' again? What am I?), I re-wrote it for like a half chapter I guess. I still have it in my laptop. I don't think I'll continue writing it. I am really bad with creating characters and worst of all, I am so so so bad in conversation-making in the story that goes. I'll be making stupid dialogues like "Hey, what's up?", "How are you, Suresh?".I used these kinda dialogues when I wrote it first.Ironic it seems. Was it already written on my forehead that this was what I was going to do on facebook chat when I was in 10th grade? (I started using facebook in my 11th grade). Well, here it goes. I submit it to you. If you feel comfortable reading it and if you could sense this would make a nice story (or a novel for hell) give me a heads up. What I really fear is that, my story totally links with other stories. Actually my story involves the hero (that is me-Guhan) going on an adventure to the Trigger Island. I swear to Crowned Duck that I had no idea that  this story already existed. It was totally from inside of my head. Bear with me, if there are mistakes.

I named it before I started writing- TREASURE TREATS IN THE TRIGGER ISLAND. Two Ts followed by an I and again Two Ts followed by an I......... So, I thought- Hey, T2IT2I!

TREASURE TREATS
    IN THE TRIGGER ISLAND

-A story by R.Raja Guhan
-A.K. Dinesh Raja (Executive sponsor) {This guy gave me papers to write}

                                                            Guhan in Daper’s

Early in the morning the sweet bird’s song was awesome in the Daper’s Island. It was not the usual time when my eyes open in the morning. I turned around when my bed’s end made me fall to the ground. My eyes saw the morning. It is this island where I live. This is me- GUHAN. That’s what they call me for now.

I was clean after this very bath and was fresh n’ ready for almost everything. Usually I spend my holidays waste. But now I had mind voices saying “Go and explore!” So I began my permission mission (in which I usually fail).

Mom, Am I now enough grown for attaining the capability to get started for a quick sail in a ship?” I questioned her with the excitement not leveled down from the before asks.

She always gives the same answer no matter how hard I try and how sad I question.

This age that you are holding is just enough for you to make a paper boat and not eligible for riding boats or sailing in ships.”

You never understand my fond for fun.” I replied.

I routed out of the house and my legs ran in the path of Suresh’s house. He was one of my finest friends in the island. I gave a friendly knock at the door. He showed up.

What a morning! Hello Guhan. Is your fun trip in ship ready to rise? I know you might have asked it by now. So how far is the request?” he said.

Don’t you know about her? She gives the same answer, Suresh. I don’t think this request route will make my wish satisfied. I’ll have to try some other way for my long time wish to get into light.”

We sat down in our favourite spot and shared our nice experiences those we had in our prior holidays. This came to an end after we talked almost three holiday thingies. I waved him goodbye and came back home. I once again begged Mom. She refused. This was a fine evening and I was in a bad mood. I made up mind that somehow I should travel in a ship. So my mind sparkled out the existence of voyagers. I ran to them.

I reached the harbour. This one was a complete different place for me. I hardly see a ship on shore in that spot. I was amazed. I glanced the whole place standing at a distance. People gathered around and were murmuring and shouting. No one marched in. Owing to my die hard desire, I was catapulted in.

“Take that box inside the cabin” “Roll the boat” “AH-GH-GRRRR” People cried.

“CRANK” “BANG” “CLANG” “TRING- TRANG”. These sounds annoyed me but I ignored them and took my legs to the Captain.

Everyone gave me an ugly look and as I entered their room. I didn’t know who the captain was and so I stated my thoughts to the person whom my eyes saw the first. The King’s persons had come to get the taxes and other blah blahs which I didn’t know.

Good evening Sir. I am Guhan and I am living in the far end of this island. What should I have to be a member of this crew?” I said in a tone which did not sound like my casual talk. I knew it. All others were busy with their works. This guy to whom I spoke now was standing aside watching others work. I paused so that he would reply for my question.

Age……………” That’s all he told. His job was on and he left to take care of it. The staring one! That’s strange. Who is this man? May be a supervisor.

I enquired who the captain was. I found him at last and put my thoughts to him through my mouth. I repeated the same dialogue. Waiting for his positive reply I joined my hands in fear and stood.

The captain was a tall man with rough hands and untidy dress. He had a beard which was like a dry grass bunch lying in a fallow forest. These are the looks of a captain in our island. He seemed like a good person after I looked deep in his eyes. My fear flew like fly. He made a quick eye move before he began to speak.

Boy! That’s good to hear. But look at me! You should have understood from my looks that we’ve just now arrived from our long journey. This is the only ship that goes on voyages. Other boats can go but none will take the bitter risk. This ship is under repair now and it will take nearly a year to get fixed. So you’ll have to wait till then. Come and meet me later and I’ll take you along with us. All the Best!!!”

He left the spot after this speech. His voice and tone had attracted me so much that I longed to talk to him again. I got upset after hearing that. “I can’t wait a year long to just travel in a ship!” I said to me. Then I went back home.

My mom was waiting for me at the doorstep. She never waits like that. She gave a warm smile and took me into the house. Daddy was standing near my bed with his hands on his back side. I came to know that he has got something with him which he wanted to show me.

What’s in your hands, Dad?” I asked. I had no idea what he was holding in those hands. My mind shot many things.

(My Mind) ‘This- that- what? No! May be the new……!’

While my mind was suggesting me these things he suddenly displayed me the hand-made toy ship to me which I was longing for days.

This is for you. Hope you like it. I made it and it took me days to find the right type of wood for making this ship, you know. That is why I took many a day to make ithe quoted.

I showed it to all my neighbours. This toy ship was so real that even an adult would want to play with it. I really loved it. It halved the mind upset that happened to me today.

My eyes should now get some rest. So I’ve got to go to sleep. I rested my body on the ground and closed my eyes. Black colour developed and it grew deeper and deeper and I was OUT!!!!!

………………………………………………………………………………………..

This fine morning was not as the usual ones. I was over excited on the new toy that I had got. The toy ship had been waiting for me till morning and I at last took it in my hands. I think my touch might have made it go CHEERS.

Probably, even more probably no young boy like me would know about a voyage. The hurdles in it, the fun alongside the home sick would be known only if he has undertook one. So I decided that morning that even if I didn’t travel or go on a voyage I should know something about it. Suddenly my Mom called me ‘Captain’ just because I was having that toy ship in my hands. She said that only in joyous mood but it reminded me something which I could do on that fine day.

I made up my mind to spend the day on the CAPTAIN’S house. NO! ‘Home’ would be suitable here. I made myself ready i.e. got me showered so that I look good. After having waved my goodbyes to Mom and Dad, I began my pleasure walk to his Home. This way had never been in my dream list. I had barely gone there. He looked cleaner than his previous appearance. I smiled at him which was successful in a ‘smile’ reply. He began:

Boy! Glad to meet you. So still that voyage plans in mind?”

“You are quite a mind reader. You just have my mind. I came only to know some of your experiences in your crewman career

That's about it. I wrote up to this. If you found this time worth reading and if you give me a "Go on", I can continue this what-i-call-my-story-(or...well, I don't wanna tell this over and over again).... Comment your views and thoughts.

Guhan...!!

Airtel- You are so dead to me!

Well, as soon as I got my Motorola on April 2nd, they gave me a free Subscriber's Identity Module which was an Airtel registered in the name in my Uncle's (Life-partner of my aunt Priya) Licence Proof.

I, then, used my new Airtel SIM when I got back to my aunt's home. Since most of my family members had this network, I loved being a part. They can call me at 10p per minute. It was then I started having problems. This is the worst defect one could have. You never use it when it works but when you know that it doesn't work, you get really mad. I tried calling 121 (customer care number) where I realized that it never connected me to the actual representative. Whenever the call gets connected to the rep, an automated voice says some crap and the call automatically gets disconnected. This kept bugging me for weeks. Never got fixed. So how do I ever get to know how to get Internet settings for the phone. Internet is the biggest feature in the phone. If I'm not able to use it, then what I am using would just transform into a Nokai( not Nokia- Nokai, a Chinese phone) phone.I wandered here and there just to get Internet settings in my phone. Finally, My uncle  Ganesh a.k.a PKG helped me get it after a month of try.

And the most irritating thing that they did was this. They deduced amount from my account for no reasons. The internet would be off and I am not sending any outgoing SMS. But it still gets active.I can't even complain 'cause of what? The stupid network doesn't like me talking to the Customer care representative. What did I do to you, Mrs. Automated voice? Is he your husband? No? Then, why me? Drat...!

Then I got so sick of this network. I mean, who wouldn't. Would you like to lose your money just for nothing? It was at that time when the MNP ( you know what this means. No? Mobile Number Portability). So, I made my decision. I'm gonna transform my Network to, let's say DOCOMO ( Whoo-hooo! My favourite..).

I texted : Menu->Message-> New-> PORT 9791117994  and I sent it to 1900.

They gave me back a code. It was quite a relief giver. I was so relaxed that I'm gonna leave this network. Unfortunately, it wan't my freedom from that network ( I could've just thrown it and bought another one but it till had 5000 messages pending. Silly reason. Why did I feel pity for that stupid "5000 SMSes"? I got a call from their office. They said, "Sir, don't leave AIRTEL. We've given you 10p/minute to all local Airtel calls for a period of 6 months as an offer." I was so glad (or I felt so). But the fact was, they never activated it. Screw them - money freaks (Aircel too does that).

My uncle was an Airtel user. So, when I kept telling him that " They did this. They did that. And most of all they never activate the scheme that they told me". They didn't offer me the offer that they mentioned they'd offer ( Why am I offering you "offers" this much? What are you gonna offer me now? SLAP? Good one... I Love You...). My uncle said, " I am a customer using Airtel for years. And you have just bought the SIM. How will they give it to you?".  This point is so unacceptable. Networks consider customers just as customers . They don't see when this person has got the Network and all such things.

I thought, when I was inserting the SIM, I am gonna travel with you all along. But Airtel lost that friendship and Tata Docomo( Whoo-hoo! I always get excited when I say this..) got it.

Welcome Docomo!

Airtel, it is not that I hate you. If you'd been better, I would have been with you. (This looks like a break-up. Yes, I broke up with Airtel.)

Facebook says :

Guhan is in a relationship with Docomo( Whoo.. Sorry! Not gonna get you mad this time)

Moto the Mobile- My Baby

'The phone owning' thing has always been in my mind since I started my Eleventh grade. I Looked over the net about all the best phones. I haven't asked for anything to buy for me, from my dad. So this was my first 'I-need-that-thing' talk. He agreed to whatever I wished. That's why I didn't care about the price. My looks lighted on Blackberry first. Then all the phones in that brand had less Megapixels on the camera side. But what I needed was a 5 megapixel phone. My wishes lengthened. I modeled my own features into a phone. It should have a camera with 5 megapixels with 30 fps, QWERTY keyboard, Touch Screen, Android(of course). So, I was in front of the net looking the right phone with a range Rs.15,000. I don't like Samsung even a bit. I excluded the brand from my searches. Foreign brands are loved by me a lot. Motorola was on mind and it got fixed to my brain. My searches began revolving around this brand. Charm, Flipout, (Bam!) Backflip. Finally my decision was the name 'after the (Bam!).

My decided phone was approved for its adoption. But no shops near my place were having this. I went to Coimbatore to get one. I stayed in Priya aunt's home and we spread nets for the fish(the phone. Not the fish). No shop had it. At last the hope of light shone in Univercell. The Salesman suggested me other brands over Motorola but I wouldn't change my mind. Paid the cash with the help of my Debit card. My phone was awesome. They even gave me a Free SIM (No big deal). 9791117994 (which am not currently using as I had big, trust me, real big problems, with that network). After I got the phone, my hands could never be seen without my phone (Yes, I know what you think. I leave the phone to rest at night) . Believe it or not, I had it like my baby. But due to various reasons, it's been hospitalized in Chennai. My bro (Nagarathinam. Sorry, Dr.Nagarathinam) has it.

Doctor's busy now. Wish he hands the phone a.k.a The Baby to me safely with all the treatment processes done.

Motorola- The mobile is my biggest companion next to my Watch...!!

First time on the big Wheels!

Big wheels- by this I try to mean the Bus. You see my bus rides were usually with my whole family. Me, my dad, my Mom and my bro. We'd take a three-person seat and we four would be sitting in that. Dad on the left corner, mom in the middle and me near the window with my bro on my lap. I still cherish those moments for it were like- awesome..!! With my small size, I'll not be able to see the TV in the bus (I don't watch TV in buses nowadays. Will tell it to you in Anti- piracy post). So, we sometimes put our suitcase on the seat and sit on that. I wonder what the persons who sat behind at that time thought of us.  My bro would sleep on all of us like we were the hypothetical beds for him. It would be a big sad for us if the bus had no TV. Ha! Then the other thing that makes us feel bad is the rush. It is so hard for the four of us to get on to a bus which is so damn crowded. This is my past. Fast forwarding now.

Creeeeeekk...Creeech... Caraass.....!! Beep beep. (Play)

I am in Aruppukottai where my family members are already in Sivakasi and they're calling me to come there. It was holidays after my ninth grade. I had school just for the revision of the tenth grade. I'd attend the school and go off there. I was all ready after coming from the school. I had thirty rupees in my pocket. A ten rupee note and a twenty rupee note. I got on a bus from Aruppukottai to Virudhunagar. I remember it very well, the ticket was 6 rupees. I bought a ticket and I put the change in my right pocket and I put my hands over the pocket (for what? To protect. He..he.) I was so scared that someone would steal that money. Hey! It is just 24 rupees. I mean, who would try to snatch that? Everyone looked a robber(Rob denotes stealing a large sum, right?) to me then. IT seems very silly now when I think about it.

Guhan is not a scared bus-traveller now. I have already made so many bus travels. I like travelling in buses. It feels so good to be travelling alone. Asking for guidelines from the conductors on the bus stands and going to a place where I'v never gone before. I've gone Chennai, Banglore, karaikudi, Madurai, Chidambaram, Karaikaal, Surandai (there is a place with this name), Erode, Coimbatore etc., I still can't believe I'm doing this.

The thing that I don't feel comfortable in travelling is- I like going to destinations that have buses directly to the place. I mean, if I want to go to Erode from Dharmapuri, I should catch a bus in Dharmapuri and land safely in Erode through a THROUGH bus. I hate small-small stoppings. Although that makes me feel worried somehow I love travelling to places that I don't even know they exist. That's a tough job, dude. The fun in asking for directions with the Conductors. I feel like going to some place unknown RIGHT NOW. Nowadays I am not so aware of the money like I did before. I've emerged. Was I the guy who covered his pockets to protect the precious 24 rupees cash? I still doubt it.

Wanna raise a pet

Well, this is it. I am revealing. This secret code is 56-47-99-13. Please don't kill me. I swear, this is the code.

Hell! What am I talking about?  Sorry, Mission Impossible still in my head...

I've been always in love with animals which exclusively is DOG. It is no wonder, it is the man's best friend. I don't know what it is for others but it damn sure is a good friend of mine. I like petting dogs wherever I see 'em. I do dog-talk and I like it a lot. That is so fun and I enjoy it at that time. I do a specific sound usually when I see a dog. You might be knowing it if you're very close with me. After I make that noise, the dogs get my attention and stare at me for a few seconds. I love that moment. But if I do that twice or thrice, it starts to ignore me from the next time onwards. Funny.

I always wanted to grow a pet as my friendly companion. The environments I've gotten so far were never suitable enough to grow a Dog or Cat. I, recently got to know about a cute a cuddly pet. He is 'Guinea Pig'.

Isn't he a cutie?

He is playful and recognizes me as its friend. Till now I didn't get that thought. Now I am in Chidambaram alone in my own room. I'll be living with four other guys soon. Then, it is time for my pet to be raised. He is surely gonna be with me for nearly 5 years ( it's his life span ). Cool, right? I am sure it is 'cool' for me. I'll blog it after I adopt one.

Then my love spreads to Cows! They are the animals I want to be born as in my next life. I mean, hey have no job. They simply wander here and there simply. I wanna be like them. That's the only reason sometimes I am jealous of animals just like I am jealous of Sneha ( You know why ).  I've heard people saying feeding the cows can get us Good in our lives. I feed whenever I see a hungry cow near me. Biscuits, Banana etc., whatever I am able to afford to get at that time. I just don't do that 'cause "People say so". I do that just because they play a vital role in supplying the most important health drink- the milk! Milk is my favourite. So, in order to pay it back, I do that...

I feel pity for animals. How do they eat? What do they do for a living? Nothing. Yet they live. The same case should apply for us too. Why the heck do we talk life shit and draw circles and boundaries around us?  Why can't our lives be so too? Why are we so pressurizing ourselves that 'life should be this',  'it should be that' and so?

Anyways, let's leave that topic.  I have a lot of love for them that I want to live like them. Need anything more than that?? No. I think I've made my point.

My story. No more no less ( stole this sentence from Ek Dheewana Tha trailer..)

King of Smiles? No, even if you say so

Photo! This has developed a lot and none leaves a tourist spot without snapping a shot or two. In those days, people used to enjoy what they see. But times have changed. People want to cherish the memory by the photos. Instead of sparing time to view the sparkles of nature, they see everything through their compound microscope( eye has a lens so has the camera. A device which uses more than a lens is a compound microscope. Guess I am becoming a Bookworm!).

I have been very interested in snapping pictures wherever I go. This was my biggest mistake in my life. Why? All those days in which I should've been on the snaps instead I stood behind the lens capturing others which is now a very good memory for them. Not for me! I found this after a long time only. I was once browsing around my PC and was looking at the pictures. I sensed something. 'Where the hell am I in all these?'. It was in my 9th grade or something like that. I was so worried. I decided that day. NO more snapping others before I snap myself with the whole gang.

The next thing. I am not missed in the snaps but my pictures don't look good if I don't smile in the shot. I don't like people looking at the camera and having no expression in their face at all. Even I was like that and I started to hate me in the photos. I agree, I don't have a photogenic face. My smile never is good. That is the reason of why am jealous of Sneha! I once laughed in a photo which was quite better than the photo where I am expression-less. I decided to smile with my teeth displayed as a Tooth museum. Yes, it is good to be doing that. I don't know how people think after they see a picture of mine but I love my photos so much. Here are some of 'em.

Mysore palace. Jansons Shirt. trademark Smile.
Sindhu's Poochudal Vizha. My Jansons shirt again. Trademark Chain( lost it) and smile.
Ganesh's home. In front of PC. Trademark smile.

Ravi's wedding. Dress selected by Mom. Trademark Smile.
 Deen's glasses. My trademark smile.
Tried to snap a picture with Dad's Cigarette in hand but he snatched it from me- See?. Again, my Trademark smile.
As you can see, there always are exceptions. There are some pictures that are taken after this very decision but have no teeth showcase.

1.Varun's home. He moved so he's blurred.
My favourite picture of all time. No showcase.
With Mom. Less teeth yet nice.

Some don't like me doing this. But why should I care? It's my life anyways! Just kidding. No hard feelings...

I hope you had SOME time. Will be back with another 'have SOME time' kind of post.

Guhan- will be back.

Two Wheeler crashed to the ground

Guys, you should know how I drive. I am definitely not a MACHO RIDER. I have a fear of going fast on the bikes. If the wind hits me hard on the face, then my heart pounds faster than the bike's rpm. I drive slow and steady. As careful as a cow. Holidays it was! Normally, my times would be in my home all alone with the computer. One day, a plan was made.

Mission : Ayub's Home.

Well, we first thought to go in bus. Later, plan changed to Two-wheeler. Two 2wheelers we had. One was Deen's and other was Mine. The pack had Me, Deen, Sriraam, Balaji, Praveen. We tore off. Three boys were on Deen's ride (where I was) and my ride had the others. The journey was just fine. We reached safe there. Chicken welcomed us there. Cookadoodle doo...! Crunchy munchy juicy awesomy. I tried the Paayaasam for the dishes were spicy ( in fact too spicy ). I usually don't take Paayaasam. We chat for sometime and then we set for our way back home.

That was the beginning of the CRASH. Me and Sriraam planned to ride back. The others took the other ride. We snapped some photos after we left his home and then we were on the roads in 'high wheels' especially the two of us. Actually, I was riding the 2 wheeler where Sriraam wanted to accelerate and I let him do the acceleration with him sitting in the backseat. Whenever we saw a big vehicle approaching at a distance, he would give me the whole handling. This repeated throughout the ride but just before few miles to home something was gonna burn. I asked him, "Why don't you ride for a change?". He first refused. But I compelled him. Then, we tore off with an massive speed that we lost the other ride. They went in an different path. We were all alone. So, this path came on the way. It was like 'S'es sonnected together. You don't know in what speed we were racing then. It was like "Vrooooooooooooommmmmm....!!". The zig zag demon came and at the end of that path he lost control and when he tried braking the ride, the sand made the ride skit and we jumped into a pit. I just remember this part. I caught his shoulder and shouted "SRIRAAM...!!".

This scene gets over. When I see accident in movies, I think 'how could he fall with that little skit?' But now I know why they show it like that.

The next scene: I open my eyes and see the 2 wheeler resting on my left jaw! I couldn't move. It was so damn heavy. I called him for help and he came to lift the vehicle from me. It was such a big relief after he took that away from me. I wasn't happy for I was alive, but the crazy thing I did was: after he took away the vehicle I looked for my cellphone. I found it and found little scratch on the screen. It was some people from that place who helped us moving the ride from the pit and gave us water and other things. I really wanna THANK those people for that help. I was so worried of my face being filled with wounds. I didn't have a mirror at that time. Time for my Moto( my phone). I snapped a photo of me to see whether anything has happened to my face. But hell no! No scratches!

The accelerator broke and it was bad during the next few miles. I drove and we were like 'drunk ducks' riding. I thought, when I tell this to my dad he'll be shocked. He simple said, "Athanaala enna? Onnum aagaathu.( So what? Nothing's gonna happen)" Still can't believe he said that. The funny thing is the day before this day I swear my mind said this: " Ha! We haven't been in an accident so far." But turned out to be false.

Can't forget that day. Still am scared to face a S curve during my ride.

Guhan- will be back...!!

Dancer? I hardly think so!

Dancing- The word still reminds me of the late Michael Jackson.

Me, as a dancer? Yes, I still remember by old days of my dancing on stages. They all happened to happen on school functions later they got evolved into other stages too. Actually I don't remember my first dance of my own but I've heard it from the Buccal Cavities of my Mom and Dad. It was for a Wedding where when the dance performance was happening already. I jumped to my feet and started hopping near the chairs. My first dance went then. An old lady who worked as a Nurse was a well-known person to my Mom and Dad. She picked me up from in between the Chairs and put me up in the stage! I hopped and hopped and I still haven't got to know what the reaction of that audience was. Well, I hope they enjoyed- at least for a second and a half!

Television was popular but not the channels that telecast songs and dance that are prevailing right now. In Kallimandhayam( Where I spent six years of my childhood or as I believe it to be), I made my second attempt. It was a school function and I did a song from the movie "Kaadhalukku Mariyaathai" for the song 'Ithu Sangeetha thirunaazho' ( Note: A Vijay movie). Is that why I started liking him? Whatever. I am his fan now and I think you know that already. Hey, I'm going off the track. Back again.

Days went and my living places changed. I came to Sayalkudi and I don't remember having done any performances there. I don't like that school for it was the school that got me a name- THE THIEF. Pfft.

Tirupur online. I am in the Universal Matriculation school. It was my fifth grade and was up for a folk song. Man, it was fun. The final steps of the song which had movements of us siting and standing again and again had our thighs' pains high.

When I got to my 9th grade, I was called for an audition to perform for the school Annual Day function. Well, I did well but I wasn't selected. So, in great worry I walked to the audition for The Drama. They asked me to do a Vadivelu part and I did best. They liked it but before I went to rehearse, there was a call from the dance team. They had chosen Dhoom 2 hit 'Dhoom Machaale'. And they wanted that audio in a CD. Guess why I got the part in the dance team! It was me who downloaded the song and made it into a CD. Crazyyyy..... After many years I saw that dance recently when I accidentally found it in my hard drive. I was shocked. I had no good movements or the so-called body language. Ha! Fun to be enjoying that.

And the awesome year which gave me rocking popularity ( I have that?) was the performances I made in Dharmapuri's Senthil School. The first one was a folk song just with drum beats with me dancing funny with a round shaped whatever that was ( a Tamizh drum called 'Thappu') and yes I did Thappattam. And followed by it I did an Annual Day perfomance with my Deen Dayal, who is the man who made me, put shutters to my shyness and made me dance for the Thappattam too. We were a huge hit with that. later, we were asked to do a Cameo in the dance performance of our Juniors' ATM 'Munnal Vada' song which turned out to be the best of ours. Can't forget those days. We were in 12th grade and we didn't ask permission from anyone for doing that part. We rocked.

After a month, I went to my Uncle's wedding where I performed that Annual Day mix from Senthil school. Finally I did my own mix song in my Aunt’s wedding. Yeah I forgot. I also reperformed the Dhoom Macchale at a wedding and did a own dance with my bro for 'Ponmagal vanthaal' (again from ATM).

Even now I still don't consider me as a dance for I never make moves but can do what I'm told. But the big problem here is I don't have a TELLER to hear to. Many appreciate and I love that feeling. It's good to know that I've made someone happy. That is what is keeping me going. You agree with that?

Danced. Dancing. Will Dance.

Guhan- will be back!

I was on TV!

Well, I haven't achieved anything. I didn't appear on TV for my accomplishment. It was for my close friend of mine. His name is Bala Chandran. I was in Aruppukottai during my 8th, 9th and 10th grades. So, it was in my tenth grade. I've done all my exams for that year's Public Examination. I was eagerly waiting for the result knowing that I would top this friend. Because I already was aware of my MOST FAVOURITE( pun intended) Mathematics score( I have a separate post about this subject. I'll be posting it this month) . Most of the time I spend my days in his home only. You can call it my guest house( if he agrees to that). Well, I play computer games in his home as he had the latest issue of GTA IV in his home. The game was quite awesome that we all loved it and stayed there forever. It was total fun in the holidays. We were in a complete virtual world where our fingers and eyes alone would run.

The result day has come. All of our marks were to be lightened by the term INTERNET. Bala had internet connection in his home. My friends and me set journey to his home on that day. We had no idea what marks we would get. I was hoping for a 480 out of 500. We waited with our feet dancing for our heart beats. The results were not out yet. The websites were just extending the times of result. Once they say 'Results will be announced by 8.30' and when we see it the next time, it pops to 8.45. It did this craze three times and the results roared to life by 9.30. It was my marks which our eyes ate first. I was 474. I wasn't disappointed as I was expecting this. We saw our friends' marks which were quite disappointing for them. But let's go into the story.

Suddenly, Bala's phone roared. It was his sister. She said, 'Hey, Your name's one TV bro!". He couldn't believe it for a moment. Then it was his time. We opened his register number. Booooooooooyah! He got 494! BAM. We couldn't believe our eyes.He was State III. A big name for our school and also for our district. We had high hopes on him and he made them true. Then it was just few minutes from then. PRESS came rushing to his home. I have never seen Press members interviewing someone. The house was filled with all smiles. It was TRING-TRING everywhere. I attended some of their phones when they were busy with other phones. Then they interviewed him and gave some of the points to be told. I was so happy and I thought if I stood next to him, I could be on TV. I did that. At that m\time, Raj TV was interviewing him. So the Camera Man gave me the Mike and made me hold it in front of him. I still consider that moment very precious. I didn't know that I was going live at that moment. It was Naga Rathinam ( My favourite bro) who called me up and told me that I appeared on TV. It had been life-long dream to appear so. Finally, it happened because of him.  All thanks to him. And Thank you, Raj TV camera Man for making me hold that mike!

That's about it.

Got many more posts upcoming. Stay tuned. Become one of my readers.

Until then it is Guhan- hibernating!

Faking the Attendance!

The morning was fine. We were all happy about the upcoming holidays for Diwali. And I didn't expect much of action. I was in a good looking dress, I think. The sir never knew me till then. I was, you know casual just like the normal days. But he called out my name and started to enquire me. He asked what my Dad was and I humbly replied that he was a Bank Officer. For that he said, "So only you're doing all this? Whom do you think you are?". Actually I didn't follow him at that moment. I was puzzled. 'Why is he doing this?'. I stood like a stone. Then it struck me. 'Ah! The attendance!'. Then he asked me to write a letter of apology. So did I and off he left me.

                                             PROBLEMO SOLVED!

What exactly did I do on that day? Let's rewind a 2 weeks back. It was the day before Diwali holidays. I've always loved the concepts of Fake attendance giving or as they call 'proxy'. I usually gave it a go a few times. Then this very day came to life with silent whispers telling me "Don't act stupid". I wouldn't listen. Who would care what the consequences are when we're getting fame through the act which we are about to perform? I proxied fora guy called RAJ KUMAR. He went home that day itself. I thought I had achieved something. But was not aware of the fact that I am about to write an apology letter to the Dean. We had an Agronomy class the evening also. The Sir thought that with this much of strength( many left college for the holiday fun) why should he take class. So he asked "How many are you here?". Blood started flowing backwards in me. I was Bammed. There were only 29 and the attendance showed 33! Booyah! He asked who the traitors were. None opened their Buccal cavity. I thought maybe if we act too casual he wouldn't find out. But something really bad happened two weeks later. A mine had been set up by someone in my class in my path. It's true I had some enemies in the class who just don't like what I do. They should've trapped me into this. Well, now they are getting along with me. In fact they are beginning to like me. I'm so very proud of me. People do like me. Some even buccal Cavity-ied it. I am so glad that I am this guy. That's it for this.

I get too many stories when I'm not in front of the Internet and when I come in front of it, the stories that came up just disappear. Screw my absent mindedness. I'll get back to you with another blog post soon.

Till then, this is Guhan going on Hibernation due to exams!

Noddism

You should first know where I sit in the class. Guess..... If your answer is Last bench then you're wrong. I totally  dislike sitting in the first bench from my school days. But somehow I started to like the great capacities of the first bench. It can get me all the sounds as such from the Professor's mouth so that I can be aroused even by small sound.

Advantages :
* Can get to know every information from the staff.
* Can see what's being written on the board very accurately(and also I don't have an eye defect-so Double Dhamaka)
* If you do something, everyone will know that. I mean, the mannerisms.
* Doing mischief activities like eating biscuits while the staff is teaching (which I do when I skip a breakfast or a meal) can get you a rocking popularity ( which too I have).
 The disadvantages are cruel.

Disadvantages:
*  Say goodbye to Chicken Sleep- No Devil way!
*  No mischiefs.( This does not apply for me)
*  Will get caught very easily if we do things like exploring the phone or when we forget to put the phone in silent mode the phone blazes the tones which easily reach the ears of the deaf professors ( pun intended).
* Gotta be more studious as the teacher is always showing attention on the members of first bench. (this is where I enter)

I am in the first bench. Actually I got caught for giving FAKE ATTENDANCE for a guy. That was in the Agronomy period. I'll tell that tale in the next post. Now I'll Boal( Hindi for 'tell') the Noddism. After getting caught, he got too familiar with my name and he never takes his eyes off me. So I played along. I kept nodding and nodding for each and every point he told thinking that he'll see someone else if he thinks that I'm listening ( but what I am doing is PRETENDING like I understand) he'll see somewhere. But the devil struck to my shoulders. His eyes grew sharper on me. As I kept nodding he began thinking that I'm too interested in listening. Okay, I can manage that for other staffs but the highlight of this staff is he never turns to board to write or for anything. The nodding became a huge headache for me. Of course- NECK pain. Now that the classes are over-Yes, the attendance is close, I am free. Who knows who will do this to me in the second semester? Let's give the options to fate. It was niice sharing this experience with you. See you again with the Fake attendance story.

When the professor asks a student  when I will return when I am on a leave, I think his answer will be, "Sir, Guhan will be back!"

Me and the so-called GOD!

Good to see you again, reader. I am now all set to write about the bond between me and the god(hypothetical). I am not born with an inbuilt intellect of all knowledge in this world. So there is no way I can know the whereabouts of god. I usually pray for every stupid thing that I wish that should happen.I didn't find that stupid at that time as I was too small for everything. I kinda started worshiping Lord Ganesh a lot. And the reason for that is very silly. In the movie Ghilli, Vijay after jumping from the Light house says a THANKS to the Lord Ganesh. From that day on I made myself that I like Him. That is silly, right? See, you're smiling now. No? Oh! Then I must be wrong. What are you doing now? Sad? Lonely? Bored? Alone? Worried? Happy? Well, I don't wanna make you angry. Read read.

Then after when years passed, I was in Aruppukotttai. My father wanted to worship the sun or the temple from our home. I did that for him. But still I was never into it that much. Just had to do those for him. After many months there, I felt the atheist in me. My belief in the existence of god gradually got reduced. Now it is very small in me. That 'very small' is 0. I don't totally believe in such existence. How can one tell that someone is watching from the sky? This is crazy. They just tell that we can never see him but feel if I ask something like, "have you seen god?". I can't stand this. If I want to explain his non-existence, I need a lot of time to write it in the blog. So, I'll just skip. But the fact here is:

I AM AN ATHEIST!

I think I've made my point.

Bye! See you with a new post soon....!!

My watch and myself.

See, I am not usually a guy who maintains time and all. I was not actually good with watches. It has been my nature that if I get a watch I wear it for, like a two days then I just don't wear it at all. So I totally had thought that this watch would get the same treatment from this WATCH-THROWER Doctor! But it wasn't. It was my nearly 3 years back. There was a store called Shanmugam stores in Aruppukottai, where I did my 8th, 9th and my 10th grade. June was fast approaching. That means my birthday was on the flow. It could be here anytime. Normally I don't expect gifts but this birthday was made to meet my whole time companion which I didn't know at that time. I spent my days just as the normal days and before the day of my birthday, my dad took me to the store which I have mentioned in the earlier sentence. So, there I was standing before 'rows and columns'(this came to my mind because I wrote my Mathematics exams yesterday) of watches belonging to different brands which were not that big brands but some what my lined. I had no idea what to choose. Then this guy with his gold plated state attracted me and my mind said,"Choose that guy!".

So I chose him. Maybe it was that we were meant to be with each other. I looked no more. He got paid. Actually this is my shopping criteria. I don't look deep. The ones that look me first pick me automatically and I take them. That's it. Bill was given and the price was 450 rupees. Dad took his purse to give the money where my mind was still saying," Why spend 450 bucks for a three day tie on the hand?". But I bought and left the shop.

I don't completely (why the hell am I using 'ly' words in this post so much? Aren't I?) remember the first day I wore the watch in my hands. You know, because of my lean hand no watch fits perfect. I had to adjust it all the time. Since it was Gold plated (or I had just been cheated by being told so), I took more care in it. You have to first know that I am a big absent-minded guy( I'll get this into a post soon!).

Since I am that kind of guy, I began to take care about the watch too much. As soon as I get home, I place my watch in the Cup board and spend the rest of the evening with bare hands. The next day, this continued. So did the third day. Fourth day wasn't the same. I forgot the watch to school. Wearing discontinued and forgetting continued. So I decided never to undo the watch from my hands.

Yes, it worked. I had to undo only when I had to attend my nature's call and the showering time. I got so much bonded with it. Even I forget to see the time on the wall clock but not in my hand clock. It became more and more attached to me. The same happened in me. It became a situation that I feel uncomfortable without the watch. I was wearing my watch in the Left hand only for, like a year. But one day Mom told me that she used to wear it in the right hand. It is a rare thing. Not many do this. I decided to be one of the few. Till now I have this very watch which I am talking about in my right hand. If it had life, it would be the only one that knows everything about me.

So, that's it folks. This is Raja Guhan wearing his watch and loving it more than anything else!

FIrst Year! First Day!

Hip! Hip! Hurray! Made it through the first day of the college.

Actually I rented a home here and came by car yesterday. It was with this driver Ramesh whom was the same who drove us here on the admission day too. I came here, unloaded my things and sent him back to Dharmapuri. My dad after the end of his day came here from Karaikal. and he helped me arrange my dresses and while he was on the bus to come here, I had the Mary Brown Burger and Buffalo Wings. Man, it was delicious. Then slept that day. I was aroused in the midnight. I never wake up in the middle of the sleep ever. Now, as I am in the Browsing Centre I cannot spend my time in telling you that story.

Today my eyes opened by 7 itself but I was in the Chicken sleep. The first to call me was Praveen Kumar who is my friend from Dharmapuri. But I just ignored all the call as I wasn't completely awake at that time. So, I got up and got me ready. I didn't have any bucket or Mug for the Bathroom so I used the shower which wasn't that good. But I managed to take that anyway. I put on the shirt which I had brought for 200 which was actually bought for my bro which he refused after he found that it was big for him. It was a perfect fit for me. So I walked with my dad. I had a 500 rupee note so I asked dad for change and he got it from a shop.

I reached the college in an auto who charged us 70 for the travel. I waved Good Bye to my Dad and then he went off to buy me some things which I was lacking in the room and he went back to his Job. I got three friends. Sanjeev Kumar, Kamal Raj and Shankar. This guy Sanjeevi looked exactly like my cousin Shankar. And a miracle happens after. I will tell you. Then we went to the main block in a bus. There we had nearly two hours of hell. I mean the Inauguration function. Then they let us to have lunch at 12.30. So I accompanied my friends to the hostel and took rest there. I had a lunch in a hotel where I waited nearly 30 minutes just to give him the order.A Kerala family sat in my four chaired table where I was sitting alone before.

Then I went with my friends to the Ravi's Cafe for their lunch. I found it awesome than the hotel where I went. Then we reached college by 2.30 and a staff took us to a tour around the college. It was fun and the same time it got us tired. Then they asked us to leave and come by 9 the next day. So we marched back to hostel and then spent some time there and we all came to town as they had to get a Plug point for their room to get the mobiles charged. And I got back home. The miracle is that Shankar called me today. IT had been so long since I talked to him.

Okay, this is my first day. Went well. Let's see what future has for me.

This is Guhan signing off!

Chocolate!- Bye for Now!

Friends, you all like chocolate, right? It is the only one things that has fans all over the world without the racism and the religion. Everyone just loves it. I have been in almost many places from my childhood. People are so crazy about the chocolates. It is the unique taste that is love by all the taste buds of the tongues everywhere. Some don't eat chocolate at all. Well, here is a snippet of how I tried to one of those Guys.

What do you think about chocolates?? They are nice. They are soft, delicious, marvellous, fantastic, smooth, tasty, lovable and enjoyable. This is known to all and you agree, right?

Well, the thing is that Chocolate is the world's most liked edible (if consider on the side of snacks). Some eat chocolates and get fat. Do you know that? It has a high fat content. You overeat, you overgrow. You get Cholestrol, you get obese, your arteries and veins are blocked with fat and eventhually you die, right?

As I have seen different walks of people, I know how much people are actually attracted towards that crazy little cube or cuboid or whatever shape it may be! When the birthday person hands out the chocolate box to the friends, hands fly and snatch the chocolates like an Eagle snatching a fish from a pond. Then the eagles fight( in here the friends) to take away one another's fish ( I mean the chocolate).  First the eagles fly to catch the fish then the fish flies to finally with the bird which wins the fight.  This happens. Friends just fight each other off to get that brown guy. You've seen it? Right. I think what I am thinking is your answer.

On the other hand let me tell you about my fond for chocolates. If I might say, Coffee Bite is my all time favourite chocolate. It has the taste of the coffee as well as the chocolate. In the recent times, I've found that I have got more interest in coffee than tea. I think it might be a by birth character of Likeness! I love each and every bite I have in that chocolate. It is just fun to keep it in the mouth without biting or chewing it or not trying to swallow it. I just keep licking it. It tastes so good. I can feel that even when I am saying this through the text. Actually it was in my very old childhood days which I still remember. But later I don't eat chocolate much. But I take it, if there is a reason that asks me to have it. You know what, I have never been in an Eagle fight as I don't get involved much in the Birthday Occasion.

Just as an actor in Tamizh Cinema named Ajith Kumars says: "You have nothing to celebrate on that day. You mom carried you. She can. Your father was the one who made you. He can. Jumping out can never be taken as an accomplishment. Why the heck do you celebrate that?". Well, he didn't say it exactly how I wrote here, but you do get the point, right?

Many friends beg for chocolates from the birthday boy. But I never have and never will. But I have begged and bought it to just give away it to others who have already gotten one from him. So, I once thought. Can this temptation be controlled by us? Will we be able to keep ourselves from a brown cuboid of Awesomeness? So I said to myself.

"Challenge Accepted."

It was accepted two years before and till now I haven't kept a small piece of chocolate in my mouth. And I just can't believe how I did that. This is the biggest mission in my life. I never thought I would be able to resist from chocolates for this long.

But as I have made up to this far, I think I might wanna eat a nice chocolate after a long break. I am planning to eat Bourneville. But I haven't had one in my life ever. Maybe it is that I have to earn it.
