FIrst Year! First Day!

Hip! Hip! Hurray! Made it through the first day of the college.

Actually I rented a home here and came by car yesterday. It was with this driver Ramesh whom was the same who drove us here on the admission day too. I came here, unloaded my things and sent him back to Dharmapuri. My dad after the end of his day came here from Karaikal. and he helped me arrange my dresses and while he was on the bus to come here, I had the Mary Brown Burger and Buffalo Wings. Man, it was delicious. Then slept that day. I was aroused in the midnight. I never wake up in the middle of the sleep ever. Now, as I am in the Browsing Centre I cannot spend my time in telling you that story.

Today my eyes opened by 7 itself but I was in the Chicken sleep. The first to call me was Praveen Kumar who is my friend from Dharmapuri. But I just ignored all the call as I wasn't completely awake at that time. So, I got up and got me ready. I didn't have any bucket or Mug for the Bathroom so I used the shower which wasn't that good. But I managed to take that anyway. I put on the shirt which I had brought for 200 which was actually bought for my bro which he refused after he found that it was big for him. It was a perfect fit for me. So I walked with my dad. I had a 500 rupee note so I asked dad for change and he got it from a shop.

I reached the college in an auto who charged us 70 for the travel. I waved Good Bye to my Dad and then he went off to buy me some things which I was lacking in the room and he went back to his Job. I got three friends. Sanjeev Kumar, Kamal Raj and Shankar. This guy Sanjeevi looked exactly like my cousin Shankar. And a miracle happens after. I will tell you. Then we went to the main block in a bus. There we had nearly two hours of hell. I mean the Inauguration function. Then they let us to have lunch at 12.30. So I accompanied my friends to the hostel and took rest there. I had a lunch in a hotel where I waited nearly 30 minutes just to give him the order.A Kerala family sat in my four chaired table where I was sitting alone before.

Then I went with my friends to the Ravi's Cafe for their lunch. I found it awesome than the hotel where I went. Then we reached college by 2.30 and a staff took us to a tour around the college. It was fun and the same time it got us tired. Then they asked us to leave and come by 9 the next day. So we marched back to hostel and then spent some time there and we all came to town as they had to get a Plug point for their room to get the mobiles charged. And I got back home. The miracle is that Shankar called me today. IT had been so long since I talked to him.

Okay, this is my first day. Went well. Let's see what future has for me.

This is Guhan signing off!

Chocolate!- Bye for Now!

Friends, you all like chocolate, right? It is the only one things that has fans all over the world without the racism and the religion. Everyone just loves it. I have been in almost many places from my childhood. People are so crazy about the chocolates. It is the unique taste that is love by all the taste buds of the tongues everywhere. Some don't eat chocolate at all. Well, here is a snippet of how I tried to one of those Guys.

What do you think about chocolates?? They are nice. They are soft, delicious, marvellous, fantastic, smooth, tasty, lovable and enjoyable. This is known to all and you agree, right?

Well, the thing is that Chocolate is the world's most liked edible (if consider on the side of snacks). Some eat chocolates and get fat. Do you know that? It has a high fat content. You overeat, you overgrow. You get Cholestrol, you get obese, your arteries and veins are blocked with fat and eventhually you die, right?

As I have seen different walks of people, I know how much people are actually attracted towards that crazy little cube or cuboid or whatever shape it may be! When the birthday person hands out the chocolate box to the friends, hands fly and snatch the chocolates like an Eagle snatching a fish from a pond. Then the eagles fight( in here the friends) to take away one another's fish ( I mean the chocolate).  First the eagles fly to catch the fish then the fish flies to finally with the bird which wins the fight.  This happens. Friends just fight each other off to get that brown guy. You've seen it? Right. I think what I am thinking is your answer.

On the other hand let me tell you about my fond for chocolates. If I might say, Coffee Bite is my all time favourite chocolate. It has the taste of the coffee as well as the chocolate. In the recent times, I've found that I have got more interest in coffee than tea. I think it might be a by birth character of Likeness! I love each and every bite I have in that chocolate. It is just fun to keep it in the mouth without biting or chewing it or not trying to swallow it. I just keep licking it. It tastes so good. I can feel that even when I am saying this through the text. Actually it was in my very old childhood days which I still remember. But later I don't eat chocolate much. But I take it, if there is a reason that asks me to have it. You know what, I have never been in an Eagle fight as I don't get involved much in the Birthday Occasion.

Just as an actor in Tamizh Cinema named Ajith Kumars says: "You have nothing to celebrate on that day. You mom carried you. She can. Your father was the one who made you. He can. Jumping out can never be taken as an accomplishment. Why the heck do you celebrate that?". Well, he didn't say it exactly how I wrote here, but you do get the point, right?

Many friends beg for chocolates from the birthday boy. But I never have and never will. But I have begged and bought it to just give away it to others who have already gotten one from him. So, I once thought. Can this temptation be controlled by us? Will we be able to keep ourselves from a brown cuboid of Awesomeness? So I said to myself.

"Challenge Accepted."

It was accepted two years before and till now I haven't kept a small piece of chocolate in my mouth. And I just can't believe how I did that. This is the biggest mission in my life. I never thought I would be able to resist from chocolates for this long.

But as I have made up to this far, I think I might wanna eat a nice chocolate after a long break. I am planning to eat Bourneville. But I haven't had one in my life ever. Maybe it is that I have to earn it.

What do you call this?

I think you all might have experienced this. This is like Magic, For those who haven't, get to experience at least once. Well, you can't decide on when it should happen but it definitely will.

So here's the thing. You hear a totally strange thing. You have no idea of what that is till that day. Then suddenly as you know it now you happen to see this somewhere the following day.

This has happened to me many a time. In fact it happened to me now! I am a die-hard Sitcom fan. I watch How i met your mother, The Big Bang Theory, The IT Crowd, Chuck. As I was having a casual surf over the facebook two days before, my Cousin Kannan whom I have already mentioned before had made a status update. It said : "Planning to watch the Seinfeld seasons once again." I was wondering of what it was. If I have doubts, not only me whoever it may be the doubt clarifier is none other than Google. So I googled it and was amazed to see the rating in IMDB. I was sure that I am gonna download them. So I did it and I became a fan at once.

The next thing is that I was watching videos in the Youtube. I subscribed a video group called Friday Night Cranks which had two members who make prank calls to people just to make fun. In one video they mention a name called Ne-yo. I swear I  have never heard this name ever in my life. So these are the incidents and today The Magic happened. While I was in the school, I read newspaper everyday without fail. You know what? It is an awesome habit. I was an addict. I spend almost one hour reading it. Though I have the hurry to get ready for the school, I never miss this thing. But as vacation came, the habit got buried in me. But today I don't know why, I read the paper. The Deccan had change its total theme of the paper. Now I read the paper and it has two news: One with the Seinfeld and the other the Ne-Yo rapper article. How is that? I have read the paper for more than two years and I haven't seen any news about that before. Even before I saw the sitcoms, I have never seen such articles. But now I see this Seinfeld article with the theme "TV shows with less of Sitcoms and more of Crime."

This seems crazy, ain't it? I read a new word in a book for the first time, and Ta-Da it is in the tomorrow's paper. How is that possible? I think the Deccan Chronicle has a receiver which receives my mind rays. Strange but true. If you have experienced this thing, your story is Welcome- In the Comment.

This is Raja Guhan still in a Confusion.

*Takes a newspaper in hand* Nearby lies a pen. *Takes the pen* *Scribbles*
Guhan will be back!

I am an Eminem fan....

The times ran with me as a Michael Jackson fan. I was like all the time crazy about him. Before that I had heard one song of Eminem. It was at the time when I was much active in the Michael Jackson community. I used net a lot, of course like infinity. I always had different ideas about the so-called RAP! In my earlier days which I mostly mean the childhood, I thought that rappers just sing the words that come to their mind at the time when they sing. Then it was the time when I was browsing alone. I, by rare means occurred to see a DVD of him in Kannan's home. He was my cousin. He already heard all those songs but not his. The DVD had both Eminem's and 50 cent's songs in the video format. I think he probably bought it for the 50 Cent. Whatever.

I got to see his name and came to know that he is a rapper. Then after many weeks I was in my home browsing for nothing. Then it hit me! "Why don't we just hear a rap of someone?" So while I was on the hunt, this incident that happened in my cousin's home came to my mind. So I went on and downloaded a torrent file of his best songs. So I was there, sitting in front of the computer with the list of his best songs right before me.

I had to choose. Guess what I chose. It was his all-time best and it somehow struck me. I chose Lose Yourself. The first time I heard it, I didn't like it even a little. I said," What's this? What does he think he is doing? Is he insane? How would someone hear such a shit? Only Fools will. Three paragraphs lyrics? I don't think so. "

Then the times rolled on and guess what? I was a FOOL then! He is such an artist. His words are the awesome-est. I never thought that I would find my right kind of Music. I found it.  The Rap. And the only rapper I like- The Slim Shady.

He is the best. I memorize all his songs and I just let them spinning in my mouth all the time. The important thing is that I almost stopped hearing MJ. It doesn't mean that I don't like him. I found my right note. It is rap and I am sure of it. The thing I always expect in a song is The Lyrics. I mean, more lyrics in more speed the more I get to love it. I haven't found another rapper who is as good as he is. He is unique and that's why he is on the TOP!

So, if you're a rapper with an equivalent speed of Eminem's, no options. I am your FAN..!! So now the End!! FULL STOP

Collector

From this post, I am gonna tell you about the wish to become an Collector. Ah-huh! Not by studying the IAS course and being in a collector post. I am telling about the Awesome things (many consider stupid) I collect. You too may find them stupid but I love the way I'm doing it.
There are two persons behind this very act.
A. Mr. Raja
B. Ms. Sindhujaah! ( Will be changing Mrs. on this month end)

It all started when I was in Aruppukottai when I was in my tenth grade. A colleague of my Dad's collected the tickets from the others and converted them into Money and gave it to Charity. I don't know how he turned them into money but I was quite sure that some guys gave money for the old tickets at a rate of 10 paise per old ticket. So there started my collection Career. I daily get the tickets from my friends who travel to school by bus. It became a big routine that many asked, "why didn't you come to get the tickets?" if I forget for a day. Many students were puzzled on seeing this act. I gave them reasons and they too helped me get some tickets.

The colleague whom I was mentioning was Mr. Raja. he is the main guy who inspired me doing this. And the second one is my favourite. It is non other than Sindhujaa- My Aunt. She is engaged now. her marriage is scheduled this month end 31st. I went to her home in my eleventh vacation. She showed some of her collectibles. Those included the Cinema tickets which she went along with her friends. So this inspired me a lot. There I started doing this crazy stuff.

I collect Leave letters of my friends. These are the remaining. I lost many while shifting the home. The teacher actually asked me to get rid of all the leave letters but I saved some. I knew that it'd make a hell of a memory of the past in the future.

I collect this. If I get a new soap, I store the cover after taking the soap out the cover. This is the first costly soap I ever used.

This is my whole damn collection. I got in there bus tickets, bills, Cinema tickets, Wedding invitation of my teacher, my first greeting card photocopy, My friend's old glasses, the note given by the girl for the pens and a set of 22 chocolate papers with each of my friends signed.

The first book I ever bought online. All thanks to Nagarathinam- The Dentist..

The Bus tickets I have for now.Still haven't converted them into money. Hope I will have it for a long time. I have only one rule. If I plan to preserve anything other than a food stuff I should store it till 2025. I don't know why but I try real hard for it.

So you got to know about the box of Dump. See you guys!! REAL SOON.....

The journey to Chidambaram

:Guys, We all have obstacles. But they are very much scattered accordingly in our life. But in this post, I am gonna tell you how we experienced many obstacles in one day.

It was one fine Sunday. My brother had a school to attend and we were planning to leave Dharmapuri and reach Chidambaram for my college admission. I woke up a little earlier that day. By 9.30 I think. Yep! It was 9.15 sharp. I got fresh and I waited for our journey to begin. The journey implied more than just the "journey". Guys, all these days, there was a building that was being built near our home. The building actually messed up the day. It was the concrete day. They had that thing which grinds up all the stones and you know something they put it on uh.....um....okay... Let's skip that as I am getting way too confused trying to explain that thing. I think I got it... I know what it is but not quite sure of its name. So was Googling it...

Ah-ha! Got it from the Google search. They were using this thing out there. Our road had almost been blocked by a heap of stones even before they began the work involving the construction. The heap covered half of the road and well this machine filled up the remaining. In the morning Mom asked me to take our Two-Wheeler vehicle to go out for a shop. Then I realized that I couldn't go across the construction work to the road while lead them to go into the town and neither did the whole street people.

There was another path not technically a path but a way for pedestrians temporarily used as a two-wheeler path. I took that and rode Mom to the shop and got back. I got hit too below the knee while trying to cross a pit which had to be crossed on by a stone placed to cover it. Ouch! That hurt. But if I let that hurt hurt me now, you'll get to hear the story. I can manage that. Coming back...

My brother hadn't come home yet. Then it suddenly hit Mom. "How do we get the car out?"

Mom projected herself to the one( who was the bastard ) who was responsible for the construction. My mom had just asked permission and that guy had remained ignorant and replied, "Not leaving till evening. Go do anything you want. We aren't stopping the work." Actually my Mom's plan was to start early and to reach the destination before it's midnight. But if she hadn't argued that time we would have wound up in the lonely roads in the midnight. I will get to this part later in this story. Mom planned to get started by 10 so that the 10 hour travel could end by 8 or later if it gets any delay. But it already got late. It was 12 or something close to it. Mom was arguing with him to get that stupid thing off the road just to let us go. But he wouldn't let us. Then came Vidhuran who is my brother, from school. He, later told that that was the guy who beats up children who play cricket near his home. He is such a douche. Then after much of protest, he finally gave way. We took off by 1 o'clock. We were on our way.

Hate to admit this, but I hafta admit it. While my Mom was fighting with that guy, I should have been with her supporting. But rather I was scared and I remained home while she was out fighting with him to get a way.. I feel bad. I gotta gain some courage. Can I cart this so called "courage" in ebay?? No. Practicing on that. Will gain it soon..

As the fight was on, we didn't upload my phone with the songs. So we went in the car music-less.It was all going very nice and smooth. It was near Trichy on a Bridge. It was already jammed with a vehicle break down. As our driver slowed down, JUCK! Our car got broken down. The self Start wouldn't work. The Driver should control the car. My mom is too weak to push a car. So me and my bro got down and tried pushing. But it was of no use. We were weak against that 995 KG Ride of ours. Then the cops came, helped us move the ride. The car broke down on an inclined road, so it was hardly movable. Then five members came for help and we moved that kitty... We stopped near a store and checked the Engine; poured some water in some 'blah-blah'. Then it was time for the wipers to make things worse. They worked without the orders. They began to wipe roughly without our wish. It also made scratches on our Glass.

Then we somehow managed to ride that thing without even knowing the fact behind this cause. We decided to pull over near a Mechanic's shop and got it tested. The battery was completely dry without the acid in it. It was the problem that prohibited the Self-start from working. Then that shop guy gave some from one of his old used batteries which let us travel a little further. That mechanic guy was much of a chatty guy. He kept on telling the facts about the vehicle. We handed him Indian Rupee symbol.svg 200 and we were roaded back.  Finally we reached Chidambaram and went to the hotel which my Dad had booked for us. It was Hotel Akshaya. An A/C room with a double bed. Wanna see it? The Cover on the bed is the collection of my Certificates.

Then we went for the admission the following day. And it was also a bizarre. Anyways, I am done telling the trip to Chidambaram.

Will return with another incident soon... Until then it is Guhan Getting Away from the Keyboard...
